I Sometimes Think is Steve's debut album. He performed all of the tracks on the record.

Steve was the primary writer on the record, but had some talented help on several of the tunes. Steve was in the room with Trey Hollingsworth as they wrote How I Feel and Where You Are. Mary Dean Benasso co-wrote Trip Begin and Tracy Fagan Brown co-wrote Bad Idea. Oh yeah, and thanks to John Lennon/Paul McCartney.

How I Feel was featured on Paste Magazine's coveted CD sampler. Trip Begin, Beside You and Bad Idea were all recognized in Billboard’s 5th Annual Song Contest.

The Valdosta Daily Times said that this was 'some unvarnished great music.'

Glenn Matullo mixed/produced the record while Alex Lowe handled the mastering.
